Privacy Policy

EmpowerX Labs ("EmpowerX Labs", "we", "us") is a technology service provider and AI agency based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. We design and build digital products and automation for businesses, including voice AI agents, WhatsApp Business integrations, and software platforms such as Vaami, 24Library and PolitiK Connect.

This policy applies to empowerxlabs.com (the "Website") and to the services we deliver to our clients (the "Services").

Our Website is informational. It does not ask you to create an account, does not contain sign-up or contact forms, and does not run advertising or analytics trackers.

• We do not set advertising, profiling or analytics cookies.
• We do not use third-party trackers, pixels or session-recording tools.
• If you email or call us, we use the details you choose to share only to reply to you. We do not add them to marketing lists.
• Like all web servers, our hosting infrastructure may transiently process technical data such as IP address, browser type and request time in order to deliver pages and protect the Website against abuse. We do not use this to identify or profile visitors.

Links to external sites (for example LinkedIn, vaami.ai or 24library.com) are governed by those sites' own policies.

We provide services to businesses (our "clients"). When we build or operate a solution for a client, the client decides why and how their customers' information is used. In data protection terms the client is the data controller / data fiduciary, and EmpowerX Labs acts only as a service provider / data processor on the client's documented instructions.

• We do not collect personal information for our own purposes from our clients' customers, users or contacts.
• We do not keep copies of client or end-user data on EmpowerX Labs systems, and we do not build profiles, sell, rent, or share it.
• Where a client's own deployment (for example a client's account or connected CRM) holds operational records, that data belongs to and is controlled by the client under their agreement with us and their own privacy notice.

• Messages belong to the business and the customer. Message content, phone numbers and media that flow through a WhatsApp Business integration are exchanged between the business, its customer and WhatsApp (Meta). We relay them only to deliver the service the client has configured.
• We do not store or read message content for our own use, and we do not use it for advertising, analytics profiling, or training AI models.
• Access is client-authorised. We access a client's WhatsApp Business Account only with the permissions they grant through Meta's onboarding (such as Embedded Signup), and only for the agreed purpose. Clients can revoke that access at any time from their Meta Business settings.
• No resale of access. We do not sell or transfer access tokens, phone numbers or WhatsApp data to anyone.
• Consent and templates are the client's responsibility, in line with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. We build our solutions to support opt-in, opt-out and template-approval workflows.

Our use of WhatsApp Business Platform data follows Meta's Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. WhatsApp's own handling of data is described in the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.

Some of our Services, such as Vaami voice agents and conversational assistants, use artificial intelligence to handle calls and chats for our clients.

• Conversations are processed in real time to produce a response for the client's customer. We do not retain them for our own purposes.
• Data handled by these agents is never used to train or improve AI models by EmpowerX Labs.
• Any call recording, transcription or analytics are features a client explicitly enables in their own environment, and the client is responsible for informing their customers and obtaining any consent required by law.
• Our AI features are designed to disclose that the person is speaking with an automated assistant where required.

Delivering our Services can involve infrastructure and platform providers chosen by us or our clients, for example Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), telephony carriers, cloud hosting and AI model providers. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies, and only as needed to run the feature in question.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with any party for advertising or marketing. We may disclose information only where required by law or valid legal process.

Because we do not collect or store personal data on our own systems, there is nothing for us to retain about you. Any transient technical data used to serve the Website or relay a message is kept only as long as needed for that purpose. Data held in a client's environment is retained and deleted according to that client's instructions, and when a client ends their engagement we remove their configuration and access credentials from our systems.

We protect the Website and our Services with industry-standard measures, including HTTPS with HSTS, security response headers, least-privilege access to client accounts, and secure handling of credentials. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we design our systems so that there is as little data as possible to protect.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the EU/UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act. These can include the right to access, correct, erase or port your data, to withdraw consent, and to raise a grievance.

Since we do not hold personal data about you as a controller, the business you interacted with is usually the right party to approach. If you send a request to us, we will help identify the right party and forward or act on it where we are able to. Write to developer@empowerxlabs.com.

Our Website and Services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We serve clients globally. Because the platforms involved (such as WhatsApp and cloud providers) operate internationally, data relayed through our Services may be processed in countries other than your own. Those providers apply their own safeguards, and we choose providers with appropriate security commitments.

We may update this policy as our Services evolve or as laws change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
